• Dishes: Please ensure all used dishes are cleaned and either stowed away in the cabinets or placed on the drying rack.
• Food: Remove all perishable items from the fridge and freezer.
• Rubbish: Ensure all rubbish is bagged and placed in the large black bin in the garden.

Beddings & Towels

• Towels: Please gather all used towels and bath mats, leave them in the bathtub.
• Bed linens: You do not need to strip the beds. Our team will handle them.
• Sofa bed and airbed: If you used the sofa bed or the airbed, please leave the bed and beddings out so our team can properly reset them.

Appliances & Safety

• Turn Off: Double-check that the induction stove, double oven, and all small appliances are switched off.
• Lights: Please turn off all lights throughout the three floors, including the basement and bedrooms.
• Windows: Ensure all windows are firmly closed and secured.

Secure the Property

Lock the door to the back garden.

The front door must be locked from the outside following these specific steps:

• Close the front door firmly and pull the white door handle up.
• Press the “Yale” button at the bottom of the black keypad located on the brick wall.
• Confirm. Always double-check by trying to push the door handle down; if locked correctly, the handle will not move.

Final Reminders

• Personal Items: Please do a final sweep of the bedrooms and the basement workspace/game room for any chargers or personal belongings.
• Parking: If we arranged a visitor permit for your registration number, no further action is needed regarding the permit upon departure.
