House keeping
Do you provide laundry service?

Our business partner, EcoNclean, can provide our guests with professional eco-friendly laundry services. They offer free collection & delivery services to our property. You can either contact them directly or let us coordinate for you. Their basic wash-dry-fold package starts from £2.75 per kg with a 24-48 hours turn around. Please refer to their website for the pricing.
We are stay for more than a week, do you offer mid-stay house keeping service?
Yes, we can provide complimentary mid-stay house keeping once a week for long-term stay.
Others
Heating and hot water
The heating is active throughout your stay for your comfort. In cold days, we pre-set the wall-mounted thermostat—located on the wall near the entrance to the kitchen—to 15°C. Please feel free to adjust the dial to your preferred temperature at any time.
The townhouse uses a combi boiler with the hot water temperature set to 55°C. Please note that it may take 1 to 2 minutes for the hot water to flow through the system to your tap or bathtub.

General waste, recycling, food waste

Indoor 50L rubbish bin for general waste. Extra bags can be found in the kitchen cabinet near the entrance.
Outdoor 124L large black bin in the garden for keeping bagged rubbish before check-out.
Recyclable materials can be placed in these red boxes in the garden.
To keep things simple during your stay, we do not have a separate food waste recycling system. Please dispose of all food remains securely in a tied bag within the 50L general waste bin.
My family/friends will join us in the townhouse. Do they also need a Visitor Permit?
Unfortunately, Warwickshire Council only allows one visitor permit per property, so it won’t be possible to arrange another for your family members’/friends’ car. A good alternative would be to park at Warwick Station on Station Road or at St Nicholas Park, both just a short walk away. Please note that from 8pm to 8am, parking on the surrounding streets does not require a permit. You can also check Parkopedia for other options.
Concerns with noise monitor
We completely understand the importance of privacy and want to reassure you that our smart monitor (Minut) is AirBnb-compliant; it is incapable of recording audio or eavesdropping on conversations. The device simply measures the overall decibel level and monitors for indoor smoke or vaping to ensure the townhouse remains a healthy, smoke-free environment for all guests.
This technology is in place to benefit both our guests and our neighbors on Cherry Street, which is a quiet residential area. It protects you by providing objective data to quickly resolve any unjustified noise complaints from the neighborhood, ensuring your stay remains peaceful and uninterrupted. If noise levels peak during quiet hours (11:00 pm – 7:00 am), the system will send you a friendly automated notification so we can help you stay compliant with local regulations before a neighbour knocks on your door.
